In return I ask that you:
- Share any concerns with me.
- Tell me promptly of any homes you have found on the market which interest you. (Including from signs, open houses, ads etc.)
- Inform other agents that you already have a buyer's agent.
- Do not sign open house guest books or new construction registers. Those lists are used to solicit business.
- Become preapproved by a lender.
- Do not significantly increase your debt before the purchase of your home closes.
- Refer me to others you know who may be able to use my services.
