Buyer's Agent

In representing you as a buyer it is my objective:
- To listen carefully to your real estate needs and preferences, and fit them as much as possible into the current market conditions.
- To inform you fully of the buying process.
- To establish an effective client/agent team to work steadily toward accomplishing your real estate goals.
- To constantly research the market for you.
- To always keep you appraised of where things stand. Prompt communication is vital to successful teamwork.
- To suggest negotiating tactics and strategy to help achieve the most favorable price and terms for you.
- To help keep things in perspective.
In return I ask that you:
- Share any concerns with me.
- Tell me promptly of any homes you have found on the market which interest you. (Including from signs, open houses, ads etc.)
- Inform other agents that you already have a buyer's agent.
- Do not sign open house guest books or new construction registers. Those lists are used to solicit business.
- Become preapproved by a lender.
- Do not significantly increase your debt before the purchase of your home closes.
- Refer me to others you know who may be able to use my services.
