Certified Residential Specialist (CRS):
- The Phd of Real Estate. Only 5% of agents nationally have earned this designation.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR):
- Completed National Association of Realtors Buyer Agency course which thoroughly examined how best to represent a buyer.
Realtor®:
- Member of the Seattle/King County, Washington State, and National Associations of Realtors®.
